Almost all the funds that we receive from the State of New Jersey are distributed among the nonprofit organizations that we support. Just a small amount is retained for administering the program, but this only covers a fraction of our costs. So, we must make up the difference with the help of our sponsors and supporters, contributions by our members, donations from the public (we welcome any and all donations here), and our fundraising activities. Check out our upcoming fundraisers for this year below and consider attending one of our workshops and classes if you are interested in trying out a new medium or interest!

Funding of the Sussex County Arts & Heritage Council has been made available in part by the NJ State Council on the Arts, a division of the NJ Department of State and a partner agency of the National Endowment for the Arts, through the State/County Partnership Block Grant Program, as administered by the Sussex County Arts & Heritage Council.
